Presenter Biography: Preston Pierce, Ontario County Historian for 37 plus years and Adjunct Lecturer at Finger Lakes Community College will speak at our September 17th program. Dr. Pierce is also the museum educator at Ontario County Historical Society, responsible for producing educational programs and publications related to local and regional history. In this program he will talk about balloon flight starting before the Wright Brothers, from 1785 to the 1900s.

Presenter Biography: Director of the Rochester City School District's Native American Resource Center. Has taught at Syracuse and Cornell Universities. He brings his stories to life through vivid descriptions, his rhythmic voice and energetic stage presence. His has been telling stories as a means of educating people to his culture.
